After drinking another coffee and finishing their lunch, Duncan and Rodger watched Shane polish off the largest fried breakfast they had ever seen. His appetite had kicked in with vengeance and although the food Duncan and Rodger had eaten looked rough to Shane, it did smell delicious and had triggered his appetite. With all three men satiated, Shane began to go over last night again with the two men.

“I can tell you one thing. The men at that bar were up to no good.”

“Why would they take Andrew?” Rodger asked.

“You have no idea about the real world, do you? Why do you think. Money. Let’s make no mistake here, you three looks like you have a few quid.”

“I don't follow you. We are the same as everyone here.” Duncan replied, looking round to see what Shane was talking about.

“You are telling me that you do not see what other people see when you three are prancing around in your designer clothes, fancy diamond encrusted watches and I dare say sports cars!”

“Well, if you put it like that, but we do not intentionally go about showing off. Yes, our parents have done well. What is wrong with that?” Rodger asked, perplexed at why Shane saw them as nothing more than spoiled kids.

“That is the whole point. Your parents did well. You did not earn the right to go around with your noses in the air looking down on people.”

“We do nothing of the sort.” Rodger moaned, feeling insulted by the suggestion.

“You did it to me at the airport.”

“I was just saying, that's all. There was never any intent meant by it.”

“Anyway, we could argue the toss all day about what a pair of arrogant twits you two come across as, but that is not going to find Andrew. I must say though, its two thirty and even with a hangover as bad as his would have been. I'd thought he would have shown up by now. Did you check the local hospital?”

“We did that first thing, then called the Police but you saw how interested they are.” Rodger replied, now thinking about how he sounded after Shane had told them how they came across to other people.

“One thing I can say is. The two men at the bar were the same men who were here earlier. I think they followed us to the other bar and when I left...”

“You don't think they took Andrew.” Duncan said, with his mouth wide open like he had been told some terrible news.

“All I am saying is they looked shifty, up to no good. I have been around and seen guys like that before and did you notice that copper at the reception desk arguing with the porter, then got handed a pile of doe.”

“Do you think he has been kidnapped and is now a drugs mule?” Rodger said, getting excited.

“No. This is not Miami Vice, and we are not detectives looking for international drug dealers. What is with you two. All I am saying is, those men looked out of place and that copper is clearly bent.
